NEHEMIAH CONSTRUCTION MINISTRIES is a growing team of individuals who have a heart to reach out to the widows, orphans, and the underprivileged of our world. Our passion to help comes from the words of Jesus in Matthew 25:40,
“As you have done unto the least of these brothers of mine you have done unto me.”
A message from local founder, Dave McElhinney:
I recently returned from a 30-day solo trip to Turkana, and I wanted to share some of the incredible things God did during this time.
“GOD DID MORE THAN I COULD HAVE IMAGINED”
Breaking Records (and Ground) we hit a big milestone this trip - 14 wells drilled in the first four months, and 11 of those were completed during the 30 days I was there. That’s the most wells we’ve ever done in a single month. I’m so proud of the our Drilling Team, the hand-drilling partners and also the Rotary Rig guys who made it happen. Clean, safe water is now flowing in villages, schools, and communities that had none before.

NURTURE PREGNANCY CENTRE
Our faith-based organization believes in the intrinsic value of every individual, offering caring support and empowering resources during and after pregnancy.
From Mother’s Day to Father’s Day the Baby Bottle Campaign seeks to raise funds by collecting your loose change in baby bottles for the Centre. Watch the video below to see how these funds have helped bring about change for the Centre and their clients in need in our community. If you didn’t bring your bottle back today - please take it to the Centre by the bus terminal downtown. Donations can also be made online.

Canadian Bridge of Hope is a charitable non-profit organization based in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Our support directly aids in food, shelter, and education of children, providing college training and job opportunities, and making health care available to those who will otherwise go without in rural parts of India.

As a member of the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada, HIllcrest partners with our denomination as they develop Global Missions partnerships.
Hillcrest Community Care
Our Furniture Ministry delivers gently used furniture to families in need based upon referrals from local Community Agencies. The Community Care fund also supports our Palliative Care basket ministry and helps.
Rescue Cambodia
We are a haven for orphan and at risk children, families living with HIV/AIDS, and destitute elderly women.
MEDICINE HAT COLLEGE CAMPUS MINISTRY
Offering spiritual support and encouragement to students at the Medicine Hat College.
